Turkey Time Taking It's Toll

Hey there Viewers,
Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving Holiday.
I tried very hard not to become a statistic this Thanksgiving.
They say the average adult will consume 5000 calories during ONE Thanksgiving meal. That's just short of two pounds.
I'm from the south and that's really not hard to do.

So I called in the Nutritionist expert Dina Khader to answer a question about Toxins and Fat.

QUESTION: Does fat in your body have toxins in it?

-Clara

ANSWER: Yes, body fat does store toxins. This is because toxins are usually
fat-soluble. This is why it is important to work at keeping our body fat
for women around 25% and men under 20%.
