Sunscreen and aging is a topic we are about to hear a lot more of in the next several years. The FDA is working on a star system that will rate how effective our sunscreens really are.
I ran across Dr. Gruber at a Medical convention. He really seemed passionate about sun protection and educating the public.
Karl Gruber, MD Pathologist is an expert because Karl is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and is currently a surgical and clinical pathologist at Trident Regional Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina. Dr.Gruber has been published in numerous publications, including the International Journal of Gynecological Pathology and the Southern Medical Journal.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Gruber has diagnosed countless patients with melanoma and is increasingly seeing skin cancer appear not only in adults, but in pre-teens and teenagers.
This finding prompted Dr. Gruber to create a sunscreen with the highest protection from UVA rays—those causing cancer—on the market that is hypoallergenic and oil-free.
