According to CPCP magazine New York Perfumer Bond No. 9 New York is accepting perfume bottles from ANY brand and recycling them. All you have to do is bring them to one of the following stores:
What do they do with the bottles? According to CPCP magazine the bottles are all returned to their NYC headquarters where EVERY piece is recycled. The clear glass is reused to create more glass products, plastics are ground up to make track surfaces or alternative flooring, and metal is pulverized or burned to be reused for other metal products.
The company hopes to become a business model for other companies.
So what are you waiting on? Get rid of those old bottles!
