CELEBRITY SURGERY
After the recent death of Kanye West's mother thoughts about surgery have really surfaced in the press.
What's a little concerning is anti-aging has been getting a lot more experimental lately. Many patients around the world are willing to sacrifice themselves as human lab rats.
Liposuction scores as the top surgical procedure. Botox® is the top non-surgical procedure for both men and women.
If Elvis Presley was still alive (yes I know some of you out there think he's still alive but that's not the point here) do you think that he would choose to undergo plastic surgery?
Do you think more or less of the celebrities that inundate our media after their plastic surgery or do you respect those who go the more natural route?
Where do you stand on plastic surgery?
We'd love to hear from you.

I think the decision to have cosmetic surgery of any kind is a personal one and, while it's not right for some, it's a great choice for other women & men. I'm 49 yrs. old and am considering it myself.
The key issue is safety in my opinion. There are patients who "shop" for the lowest prices, who look for any surgeon to say "yes" when one or more surgeons have told them that for one reason or another they are not good candidates for surgery and finally, I think it's imperative to "at least" have your surgery in offices that can provide for ANY emergency surgical situation.
Tweaking your appearance or trying to stay just this side of looking your age is great but not at the expense of your health and well being. Certainly it's not worth your life.
