Okay, here's a question for you. How is someone supposed to fight aging
on a budget, when someone isn't a celebrity, just an average Jane Doe
that doesn't have access to a Black AmEx Centurion Card? What is
affordable, safe, and effective?
ANSWER:
Beauty on a budget ... is so much easier than you think! ... There are
many wonderful beauty products out there in your local pharmacy,
drugstore, and health food stores! You don't only have to shop at the
expensive department stores ... you just need to be brand-smart and find
those great & effective bargain products. Brands like Avon and Oil of
Olay are really up on the latest technology ... and have infused it in
some really good formulas at fantastic prices ... I absolutely love
ROC's serums & night creams ... and brands like Aveeno, Olay,
Neutrogena & Vaseline are also amazing and cost next to nothing!
Another way to save on beauty is to get a lot of mileage out of the
products you do buy ... a little goes a long way ... if you use just a
small amount it'll last longer & you won't have to buy more so quickly.
Another tip - if you can't afford the spa, why not turn your bathroom
into one? Home beauty treatments (facials, scrubs, masks, etc.) are
pretty simple and make you feel like a million bucks ... I always love a
good at-home spa night ... so relaxing & soooo much cheaper than using
the pros!
I also swear by my Pretty Water ... it's so affordable & a great 2-in-1
beauty must ... it's a natural spring water that enhances your beauty
thanks to a super-fab blend of essential nutrients ... making your skin
prettier & younger-looking with every sip! www.beautyfuturologist.com

Jeanine is right. You can find some amazing stuff for amazing prices (that can go either way)...
Though I'm a guy, I've always had it in the back of my mind to start early when it comes to skincare.
My dirty secret?:
Oil of Olay, Total Effects (the one with the SPF)
I've been using this for 8 years now, since I was 20. My younger friends still get pissed when I'm the one who still gets carded and I'm almost 30, and they don't. I could care less, but they make such a big deal about it that I thought I'd mention it.
As for when I put it on, make sure to put on your moisturizer immediately after showering or washing your face while your face is still damp. For whatever reason, my skin appreciates this step and it shows.
Also, I noticed that I'm a bit of an Aveeno addict. I have 2 different foaming face washes--one that has a small amount of medication for days when I don't shave my face, and another that's more calming and sensitive for days when I do. That and I just bought one of their shower gels--its almondy smell grabbed my attention. So far, it's pretty awesome.
